5 Overnight Oat Recipes You Need to Try!

Cherry and Coconut Overnight Oats

The cherry-coconut combination is great in these overnight oats, but you could also substitute 1/2 cup of any kind of chopped stone fruit, pineapple, or mango.

 

INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)

  • 165g plain Greek yogurt
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 80ml coconut milk
  • 12 cherries
  • tbsp shredded coconut
  • tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve cold.

 

 

Banana Nut Overnight Oats

Banana thickens and sweetens overnight oats.

INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)

  • 1/2 large ripe banana
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 125g plain Greek yogurt
  • 80ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 15 pecans chopped

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl mash banana with a fork. Add oats, yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Combine.
  2. Chill for at least 6 hours.
  3. Serve cold, topped with chopped pecans.

 

 

 

Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oat Pudding

INGREDIENTS (2 Servings)

  • 75g rolled oats
  • 250g plain Greek yogurt
  • 180ml milk
  • tbsp honey
  • tbsp cocoa powder
  • tbsp peanut butter
  • large strawberries

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend oats, yogurt, milk, honey, cocoa powder, and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Divide into 2 containers. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours
  3. Serve cold. Top with strawberries.

 

 

 

Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

 

INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)

  • 75g blueberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 45g cup rolled oats
  • 165g cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 125ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 12 almonds, chopped

 

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, add berries, honey, and vanilla and mash with a fork. Add oats, cottage cheese, and almond milk, and stir to combine. (The mixture might seem dry, but will soften as the oats sit.)
  2. Chill at least 6 hours.
  3. Serve cold, sprinkled with almonds.

 

 

 

Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats

Raisins are cheap and delicious, but you can use 2 tbsp of any dried fruit to make these overnight oats.

 

INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)

  • 165g plain Greek yogurt
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 80ml unsweetened almond milk
  • tbsp raisins
  • tblsp peanut butter
  • tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl,  stir all ingredients together.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
