Nuvo Launches Wellbeing Bubble Membership

At Nuvo Wellbeing; our aim is to encourage increased fitness levels, personal development and healthy lifestyle choices – helping people and communities to feel positive, be active and live well. Due to COVID-19 and lock down, it became more of a challenge to inspire people to make healthy choices, and as you couldn’t come to our classes. We decided to bring our classes to your living rooms!

At Nuvo we’ve spent the past couple of months, whole face-to-face sessions were paused, developing a range of online memberships and programmes which enable users to maintain their fitness and mental wellbeing without having to attend a set class session.

Our latest membership to launch is Wellbeing Bubble! An Online Membership for adults with disabilities to maintain their wellbeing at home.

Wellbeing Bubble

Each month, Wellbeing Bubble users gain access to:

  • x2 Seated Dance Online Classes
  • x2 Seated Yogalates Online Classes
  • Mindfulness Activities
  • Relaxation Exercises
  • Activity Games and Challenges
  • Members and their carers will also be able to interact in our private facebook group with other participants

This membership can be cancelled at any time.

We have received funding from the National Lottery Fund for this project, so we are offering all of these resources at a subsidised rate of just £6 pp per month! That’s just £1.50 per week!
