Nuvo’s Bump to Buggy classes are amazing. 3 years ago, when I had my little girl, there were only outdoor sessions available for Mums and babies and you had to pay for them. It’s fantastic that these classes are indoor and free!

I attend Nuvo classes weekly and feel it helps keep me active, which I often struggle with due to my mobility issues. As well as feeling the benefits of being more active, I also love to socialise with others in the group.

Nuvo’s yoga session is positively fabulous on a Tuesday. They have excellent teachers. Yoga is something I find calms my mind & body, & I was over the moon to find a class on an evening, within walking distance of where I live. Plus with Nuvo classes, I can pay for a place each week, rather than paying for blocked booking.

Since starting classes with Nuvo I have lost weight and continued to increase my physical activity levels by starting swimming again. The class has given me more confidence in my own ability and a new lease of life! I now also arrange a social night occasionally with members of the group as well as some of their partners.
