N-Dance Academies
Our ‘N-Dance’ Children’s Dance Academies are ran all across the North East and are endorsed by our global patron Michael Flatley, Lord of the Dance.
With a mix of street, musical theatre and contemporary dance styles our weekly sessions and showcases help build young people’s dance skill, confidence and aspirations, while providing them with a way to improve their wellbeing.
School Holiday Programmes
Our School Holiday Programmes offer a fun-filled mix of dance, fitness, and arts activities, including crafts, musical theatre, and acting. Designed to inspire creativity, build confidence, and improve wellbeing, these programmes are perfect for children of all abilities.
We partner with local community organisations such as Jubilee Fields Community Centre and Recovery Connections, to ensure that every participant has access to a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day.
The highlight of our programmes are our final performances, where children showcase their hard work and creativity in front of their families.
Accessible dance programmes for young people with learning disabilities
Our Young People’s Learning Disability Programmes are designed to cater to the unique needs of children and teenagers with learning disabilities while promote increased physical activity, enhance overall wellbeing and boosted self-esteem. Tailored to accommodate all ability levels, our range of class styles includes Seated Dance, Dancercise, and Musical Theatre sessions.
We have a track record of successful partnerships, including commissioning Public Health to rolled out weekly dance and wellbeing sessions for 60 people with learning disabilities in County Durham over 12 months. This initiative aimed not only to enhance physical activity participation but also to underscore the significance of attending health screenings and GP appointments.
We are proud to have established ongoing partnerships with esteemed organisations such as Ethicare, Mencap, and Barchester Healthcare. These collaborations are a testament to our commitment to providing quality services in the realm of adult disability programmes.

Education: Calming Minds School Programme
Calming Minds is a creative learning programme designed to enhance wellbeing and relaxation through dance, mindfulness, and laughter yoga. Developed by a highly qualified team, the programme helps children build resilience, social skills, and stress management techniques, fostering emotional development and improving performance in school and exams.
The fun, weekly sessions address key topics such as social media, mental and physical wellbeing, bullying, and confidence building. Suitable for all children, including those with SEND, it raises awareness about wellbeing while offering a safe space to relax and recharge. Available during school hours or as an after-school club.

After School Sessions and P.E
Our range of fun and engaging After School Clubs are available in a range of dance, fitness and sports disciplines catered to the age an abilities of the children attending. There is often a performance or sharing of activities at the end of each school term, allowing the children to showcase their new skills to family members and peers.
Classes available include but are not limited to: Musical Theatre, Street Dance, Cheerleading, Jazz, Circuits and Fun and Games,
