We want to extend a huge thank you to BBC Newcastle and Anna Foster for inviting Bethany Ainsley and Natalie Yasmin Jones onto the show today! 🎙️✨
It was a fantastic opportunity to share our story and the journey of Nuvo Wellbeing—from Bethany founding the organisation to Natalie’s leadership and vision for the future. Together, we’ve been able to create a lasting impact in the world of health and wellbeing. Nuvo Wellbeing has become a recognised leader in improving health outcomes through movement, recently celebrated at the Northern Power Women Awards for our work.
The conversation also explored our sister organisation, OptiMe, which is at the forefront of workplace wellbeing. OptiMe has secured a six-figure investment, enabling it to expand its reach and support more workplaces with cutting-edge AI tools designed to improve employee wellbeing. 🚀
At Nuvo and OptiMe, we truly live what we preach. From our roots in dance and wellbeing to embracing a 4-day working week, we are committed to creating real, lasting change. The exciting news doesn’t stop there—Nuvo’s Dance 4 Life event is just around the corner, where we will be bringing top choreographers to inspire and mentor young dancers.
The future is full of promise, and we’re thrilled about the journey ahead. Thanks once again to BBC Newcastle for shining a spotlight on the power of movement, wellbeing, and innovation—and a big thank you to everyone who tuned in! 💙
