Activities on Prescription grants referrals access to a range of resources to help boost wellbeing and promote positive behaviour change!
You’ll be granted access to:
- Weekly Dance and Fitness Sessions
- Monthly Events
- Resource Packs in the post
- An online library of workshops
- Regular check-in calls from our friendly team!

Dance and Fitness for Wellbeing
To improve balance, mobility, flexibility and overall fitness and wellbeing for better health.
Introduction to Arts
Try new ways to get creative or be mindful with this fun and creative programme.
Singing for Confidence
Try a range of singing and breathing techniques to improve your voice projection, confidence whilst having fun too!
As part of this programme we run a number of free weekly Dance and Fitness sessions as well as Monthly Arts and Crafts and Community Choir events.
Monday 2:30-3:30pm Seated Dance and Seated Yoga,
Eastlea Community Centre, Seaham
Tuesday 12:00-1:00pm Seated Dance and Exercise
