October Fitness Challenge!

We are challenging our class participants and online readers to a monthly fitness challenge for October. It’s a name your own challenge but this time, the goal is to do some type of workout 10 minutes a day for 10 days in a row.

It all starts Sunday, October 22nd and goes through Tuesday, October 31st. You pick the area you want to work on and stay accountable.

This challenge goal might be a lot more attainable for those just starting out OR even for those of us who need to get back into a routine. By taking part for 10 days, ending on Halloween, it will catapult us right into November ready to get going for longer!

What will you choose for your 10 minute daily challenge? It could be walking, boxing, squats or hula hooping!
